Our experienced and international team has all the expertise required to manage the camp with great care, passion, attention for detail, operational excellence and safety.
We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards for creating a wonderful learning experience and looking after the health, safety and well-being of our students. We give all the support needed to ensure students are safe, enjoy their time and perform to the best of their abilities.

Our trainers don’t just teach in summer, they work year-round with leading international schools worldwide. Every activity is led by licensed professionals, from French mountain guides to expert rafting instructors.

Senior Training Team
Senior trainers work closely with students throughout the day and night, bringing extensive experience in supporting young people from cultures all around the world. Their constant presence ensures a safe, inclusive and supportive environment, while allowing trainers to actively guide students and support their leadership development at every stage of the programme.
Professional Mountain Guides
Student safety and quality supervision are a priority at all times. Depending on the activity, the guide-to-student ratio ranges from 1:6 to 1:12, with an overall ratio of approximately 1:5 when including all trainers, staff, activity managers, mountain guides and boarding staff. All activities are carefully monitored, and programmes are adapted when necessary to ensure suitable conditions and respond responsibly to changing weather.
Camp and Activity Manager
Our Camp and Activity Managers oversee camp operations, coordinate all activities, are the point of contact for families and manage organisational aspects throughout the camp. Our camp and activity managers speak English, German, and French.
