The SILC Academy experience
Being part of a SILC programme means experiencing adventure-led learning that builds confidence, resilience and creativity, helping students thrive today and prepare for the future.
Whether students join our two-week summer camps in Switzerland and France, winter camps, multi-day student leadership conferences in major cities worldwide, or dedicated school camps and workshops at international schools, every SILC experience is hands-on, inspiring and designed to make learning truly memorable.
Where experience meets exceptional care
SILC Academy delivers exceptional learning experiences for young people through adventure-led, leadership-focused programmes.
Our commitment to leadership development extends far beyond our summer camps in Switzerland and France. We also deliver school workshops, year-round school camps and student leadership conferences around the world, working closely with schools throughout the academic year.
All SILC programmes are carefully designed using our in-house curriculum, blending inspiring activities, engaging workshops and meaningful reflection to create impactful and memorable learning experiences. This curriculum is centred on 21st-century skills and leadership, shaped by years of experience delivering conferences, masterclasses, workshops and camps for students worldwide. For more than 15 years, we have partnered with leading schools across the globe, welcoming their students for educational trips, leadership programmes and experiential learning journeys. Our work is supported by international school associations such as the European Council of International Schools (ECIS) and informed by long-standing collaborations with top schools.

The SILC Curriculum: Leadership and 21st-century skills
At the heart of every SILC programme is our in-house curriculum, carefully designed to develop leadership and essential 21st-century skills. Built over many years in partnership with leading international schools, the SILC curriculum combines clear learning outcomes with hands-on experiences, outdoor challenges and meaningful reflection.
Learning goes far beyond traditional classrooms. Through carefully structured activities, feedback and evaluation, students develop confidence, resilience, communication skills and self-awareness, learning how to apply these skills in their everyday lives. Each programme encourages students to set personal goals and reflect on their progress, culminating in a Personal Action Plan that supports long-term growth.
