Our programme combines fun-engaging team challenges with interactive workshops on leadership skills including goal setting, communication, teamwork, time management, global citizenship and sustainability, to create a unique leadership development experience. Located in the heart of the Gstaad Valley and French Riviera, our campuses are designed for up to 150 students, and our four campuses offer a private and premium accommodation with en-suite rooms. Conveniently nestled in the midst of the Swiss Alps and French Riviera, we offer full boarding, in-house services, and sports amenities all within walking distance of a wide range of outdoor adventures.

Set within outstanding natural environments, our seasonal activities support social and emotional development, teamwork, and meaningful connections, while complementing academic learning through hands-on, real-world experiences.
All season adventures
During the winter months in Switzerland, students can take part in exclusive alpine experiences such as snowshoe hikes, alpine skiing and snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sled building and racing, ice skating and curling, as well as avalanche rescue training and introductory ice climbing. In spring and summer, across Switzerland and France, programmes come alive with water sports on the lake, via ferrata routes, canyoning, adventure parks, alpine roller coasters, and thrilling bridge swings. Each seasonal activity is carefully selected to match the destination, ensuring safe, inspiring, and unforgettable outdoor learning experiences in both Switzerland and France.
