Students spend 2 weeks (1-4 weeks optional) in one of Switzerland's most scenic areas, indulging in a wide range of activities ranging from canyoning, surfing, zip lining, via ferrata, and more. The team will also embark on a Glacier Expedition up 3000 metres where they will be engaged in leadership workshops and enjoy an Alpine coaster, learn about glaciers and walk between two summits.
Our signature SILC Summer Leadership Camp welcomes students aged 10-17. This authentic Swiss summer camp allows students to experience the magnificent Swiss Alps while enjoying a specifically tailored to their age programme, encompassing leadership modules, interactive workshops and challenges.

Our fees include airport pick ups and drop offs during the normal hours and insurance.
The fee is all inclusive and covers the entire camp programme packed with activities, as well as insurance and pick up from and drop off at Geneva International Airport or Geneva Train Station during regular pick-up/drop-off times* if required.
The main language during camp is English and a basic day-to-day understanding of English is sufficient. Students will improve their language skills throughout camp in a natural way interacting with our SILC Team and their peers.
We pick students up and drop them off at Geneva International Airport or Geneva Train Station upon arrival and departure. Alternatively, we can welcome students directly at our campus and parents are of course welcome on arrival and departure days as well.
We have a top chef who serves European and international dishes made from fresh ingredients. Salads, vegetables and fruits are always available, and vegetarian, religious, medical and any other special diets can also be catered for.
Our beautiful campus is located in the picturesque village of Château d’Oex that presents an array of exciting experiences. The region’s charm stems from the mountain views and the traditional Swiss chalets that add to the special atmosphere that the surroundings provide. Nestled between the sophisticated town of Gstaad and renowned for its famous cheese – Gruyères, some of the most stunning places await students to explore, cherish and embrace.

Every summer, students from around the world come together to take part in our inspiring day and boarding summer camps in Switzerland and France. The Gstaad Summer Leadership Camp is the result of many years of experience in delivering high-quality leadership and personal development programmes for students of all nationalities. Through a dynamic learning by doing approach, students actively develop essential 21st century skills such as communication, teamwork, goal setting, prioritisation and problem-solving.
Our campus is located in the picturesque village of Château-d’Oex in the heart of the Gstaad Valley, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Swiss Alps. With activities right on our doorstep, travel time is kept to a minimum, allowing students to spend more time immersed in meaningful experiences that build confidence, independence and leadership in an authentic summer camp environment.
Students take part in a wide range of thrilling outdoor challenges including canyoning, river rafting, rock climbing and via ferrata. Each activity is carefully designed to strengthen leadership skills such as collaboration, time management, resilience and decision-making, while also allowing students to explore some of Switzerland’s most stunning locations, from the Gstaad Valley to Montreux, Interlaken and the glaciers.
At the end of the camp, every student receives a course completion certificate and a personalised Action Plan outlining the 21st century competencies they have developed. Many alumni value this as a powerful tool for future growth and a meaningful way to demonstrate their learning journey to schools, mentors and future opportunities.
