Working at SILC Academy
At SILC Academy, education sits at the heart of everything we do. Regardless of role, all team members are required to have relevant experience working with young people in an educational setting. This ensures a consistent, safe, and high-quality experience for our students across all programmes. Due to the strong interest in working with us, we receive a high number of applications each year and are therefore only able to consider candidates who can demonstrate clear and relevant educational experience.
Vacancy: Head of Curriculum and Student Development
As a key member of our organisation, you will lead the development and continuous improvement of our curriculum, working closely with international schools to align programmes with their educational goals. You will also support and guide our trainer team to ensure consistently high-quality delivery across all locations. This role is suited to an experienced educator with strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for curriculum design and student development. Please note that applications will only be considered from candidates with substantial educational leadership experience.
Vacancy: Trainers
We are looking for trainers who are committed to learning, reflective practice, and working closely with young people. Ideal candidates are empathetic listeners, clear communicators, and reliable team players who enjoy supporting students in discovering their strengths and developing leadership skills. Given the high number of enquiries we receive, this role is open only to applicants with proven educational or youth development experience.
Vacancy: Chef
We are seeking an enthusiastic chef with a passion for cooking and experience working in educational or youth-focused environments. This role offers a unique opportunity to spend the summer on the French Riviera while contributing to the well-being of our students through fresh, nutritious meals. Due to the volume of applications we receive, we can only consider candidates who have prior experience working with young people in a structured educational or camp setting.
