Leadership Development for Ages 11–17
Our one-of-a-kind leadership development camp is designed for students aged 11 to 17, offering an inspiring one-week experience that builds confidence, character and real-world skills. Leadership learning is fully integrated throughout the camp, with engaging modules on key topics such as goal setting, communication and global citizenship, combined with a supportive environment that helps students grow both personally and socially.
One of a kind Experience
Students build leadership skills through fun challenges, workshops, games and winter outdoor activities in the Swiss countryside. Guided by experienced trainers and outdoor professionals, they apply what they learn in real situations and take part in reflections after each activity. At the end of the camp, every student receives a certificate, plus an overview of their achievements and a personalised learning plan.

The fee is all inclusive and covers the entire programme packed with activities, as well as pick up from and drop off at Geneva or Zurich airport if required.

Language at camp
The main language during camp is English and a basic day to day understanding of English is sufficient. Students will improve their language skills throughout camp in a natural way.

Food for all Diets
We have a top chef who serves European and international dishes made from fresh ingredients. Salad, vegetables and fruit are always available, and vegetarian, religious and any other special diets can also be catered for.

Our winter campus is set in the beautiful village of Château-d’Oex, near Gstaad, a stunning alpine location with breathtaking views and unforgettable winter adventures right on the doorstep.
A Typical Day Programme
Mornings
After a good breakfast the day starts with a leadership topic of the day. This is then followed by an amazing winter adventure.
Afternoons
After a morning full of adventure, a good healthy lunch is much needed, as the day continues with more fun adventures.
Evenings
An exciting day has passed and dinner is served, but the excitment does not end here, after dinner a new activity like Ice-skating under the stars awaits.
Open to new and returning students
Our SILC Winter Leadership Camp is ideal for both new students, as well as those who attended our summer camps, school camps, workshops, or conferences. Students who have attended other SILC programmes can continue the journey and further develop their leadership skills while enjoying completely new activities!
