Challenge and Adventure in Switzerland

A Programme with Real-world Outcomes

The Montreux Summer Leadership Academy delivers a well-balanced programme rooted in Swiss quality, seamlessly bridging the gap between thrilling alpine adventure and professional skill development. From morning until evening, students engage in a transformative journey that combines elite activities – such as Glacier Expeditions, bridge swinging, and canyoning – with workshops focused on Global Citizenship, Goal Setting, and Teamwork. By networking with industry experts and Swiss organisations, participants actively develop entrepreneurial flair and 21st-century competencies. This unique blend of experiential education ensures a meaningful experience that culminates in a Personal Project, allowing students to showcase their creativity and the tangible skills mastered during their time in Switzerland.

William, United States

I did so many things this past weeks that I didn’t think I would do in my life. I went canyoning, I went to a Glacier with my friends, I slept in a mountain hut in the middle of nowhere up on the glacier. I went through so many things, I met so many interesting people from all over the world. It is truly worthwhile. Very thankful to the entire team, to Martin, to Marianna and to everyone else who was there for all of us.

Xiao Lu, China

Everyone is really just like one big family and I honestly didn’t expect it. I didn’t really expect to get this close to so many new people from around the world here. I really didn’t, it’s great, it’s amazing, I love it.

Omar, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

I will remember the camp because I connected with these people who I came to the camp with and I really enjoyed it. I will dream about hopefully seeing these people again, in camp or somewhere else because that would be really fun.
