International school curriculum alignment

Our leadership curriculum is designed to align with all international curriculum schools and has been developed through many years of experience working with leading international, American, British, Swiss, and IB-accredited schools worldwide.

The SILC curriculum is an internationally recognised and pedagogically aligned framework, created by our experienced team of educators in close partnership with schools across the globe. It ensures flexibility, relevance, and strong academic alignment while supporting meaningful leadership development beyond the classroom.

Our school camps are a preferred choice for international schools taking part in field trips, whether delivered as a short standalone programme or as part of wider school initiatives such as Week Without Walls. Leadership modules can also be tailored to support CAS, TOK, STEM programmes, or other school-specific initiatives, ensuring a seamless fit within existing curricular structures.

Experiential Learning

We distinguish ourselves by designing and delivering leadership programmes that are engaging, dynamic, and rooted in experiential learning. Our fun-filled experiences are supported by structured feedback, reflection, and evaluation, with a clear focus on developing leadership and teamwork skills through a wide range of outdoor activities. All programmes are carefully aligned with each school’s curriculum and values.

By combining hands-on leadership training with exciting outdoor experiences and school field trips available throughout the year, we create meaningful learning opportunities for students aged 7 to 18. Purpose-designed team challenges and leadership sessions are integrated with adventure-based activities, resulting in memorable learning experiences that support personal growth, collaboration, and confidence development.
