Students spend two exciting weeks based in the mountain village of Leysin, immersing themselves in a wide range of alpine and adventure activities, including via ferrata, rock climbing, zip lining, and canyoning. The programme includes a challenging Glacier Expedition up to 3000 metres, which incorporates essential leadership workshops and offers the chance to enjoy an Alpine coaster, learn about glaciers, and walk between two summits.
Students reside in a historic former Palace Hotel in Leysin, that offers an exceptional setting for exploration. Participants experience the magnificent Swiss Alps while engaging in a bespoke programme that effectively blends leadership modules, interactive workshops, and high-energy outdoor activities. This balanced approach ensures a unique and rewarding experience for every student.
Our curriculum features a powerful integration of outstanding adventure activities with a clear learning path. SILC experts are on hand to invite, encourage, and challenge every student to develop their leadership skills through all activities, expeditions, and team challenges. This journey results in a formal Personal Action Plan, an essential tool for continued development that helps students identify future areas of interest.

The Leysin Summer Leadership Camp offers a carefully balanced programme, where students are engaged in outstanding activities from morning until evening. Built on a foundation of Swiss quality, our programme expertly integrates workshops from our Leadership Modules. These modules are combined with exciting adventures such as a Glacier Expedition, canyoning, rock climbing, and excursions, making for two weeks of unforgettable fun and learning.
Through our intensive leadership modules, participants learn to identify key areas for personal growth and actively work towards achieving their goals. Furthermore, students are immediately welcomed into our SILC Family, fostering strong, lasting friendships throughout the diverse programme we have created for this camp.

All-inclusive fee per student (two weeks): CHF 7.400,-
Our fees include airport pick ups and drop offs during the normal hours and insurance.
Please note that if pick-up/drop-off is not possible during regular pick-up/drop-off times (10:00AM-3:00PM), the extra charge for a pick-up/drop-off is 300.- Swiss francs per direction.
The fee is all inclusive and covers the entire camp programme packed with activities, as well as insurance and pick up from and drop off at Geneva International Airport or Geneva Train Station during regular pick-up/drop-off times* if required.
The main language during camp is English and a basic day-to-day understanding of English is sufficient. Students will improve their language skills throughout camp in a natural way interacting with our SILC Team and their peers.
We pick students up and drop them off at Geneva International Airport or Geneva Train Station upon arrival and departure. Alternatively, we can welcome students directly at our campus and parents are of course welcome on arrival and departure days as well.
We have a top chef who serves European and international dishes made from fresh ingredients. Salads, vegetables and fruits are always available, and vegetarian, religious, medical and any other special diets can also be catered for.

This is just an example of a day. Our camp includes many activities that are aligned with all leadership modules and workshops. All activities are closely aligned with the leadership learning experience.
Based in a historic former Palace Hotel in the alpine village of Leysin, our campus offers a unique atmosphere surrounded by the striking Vaud Alps. This prime location provides immediate access to world-class activities, allowing students to embrace the best of Switzerland. High-quality rooms are shared between two to three students, with the option to accommodate friends or relatives together. To enhance the international experience, we take care to house students with peers from diverse nationalities and backgrounds.
