Our team of passionate and expert trainers continue to serve families and schools from all corners of the world since over 12 years with the utmost care and dedication to enhance students’ learning and ensure their safety.

Gstaad Summer Leadership Camp in Château-d’Oex

At our beautiful and exclusive campus, located in the famous Gstaad Valley, this camp is a truly unique experience blending in amazing outdoor activities with fun leadership challenges and expeditions in the very heart of the Swiss Alps. Students enjoy thrilling outdoor activities like canyoning, river rafting, rock climbing or via ferrata while developing their leadership skills such as communication, time management and collaboration and discovering the most stunning places in Switzerland, from the Gstaad Valley to Montreux, Interlaken and all the way up to the glaciers!

SILC Creative & Entrepreneurial Summer Camp on the French Riviera

This successful and highly personalised programme is the perfect camp both for students with and without creative, artistic or entrepreneurial experience, either seeking to discover their talents or to delve deeper and enhance their skills in a particular area. The camp follows a unique educational concept integrating creative and entrepreneurial elements. As such, students have the unique opportunity to sample a variety of activities, from visual and performing arts to media training, storytelling, filmmaking, photography, entrepreneurship, and amazing outdoor activities.

Sea & Island Adventure in Corsica

This one-of-a-kind journey around the beautiful coast of Corsica brings students each day to a new stunning location and an amazing experience on sea and on the shore at hidden bays, cliffs, mountains, Natural Reserves and charming historic towns, while they learn a new skill that will benefit them for life. Students spend their summer days snorkelling, coasteering, windsurfing or on mountain expeditions while making friends from around the world.

Summer Leadership Camp in Switzerland

Based in Lausanne by Lake Geneva, our Summer Leadership Camp enhances students’ learning and personal development in a fun and inspiring way. Over the course of two weeks, students enjoy fantastic games, unique outdoor activities and excursions with entertaining team challenges and leadership workshops in a beautiful and safe Swiss environment. Our programmes are guided by a team of senior trainers and professional mountain guides, making for an unforgettable experience at stunning lake and mountain locations in the Swiss Alps!

Winter Leadership Camp in Switzerland

Students from all around the world can enjoy their winter holidays with our unique and rich Winter Leadership Camp programme in the stunning Gstaad Valley. Combining personal development with winter sports and social activities, this is a programme loved by all which includes a variety of activities such as skiing or snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, tobogganing and ice skating, as well as an overnight stay in a mountain cabin at the glacier!

Our one- or two-day leadership conferences bring local and international students together for a fun programme with interactive workshops and team challenges at exclusive locations in major cities around the world. These events are a perfect opportunity for students to meet like-minded people from different cultures and school systems, building lasting relationships and gaining important leadership skills.

Student Masterclasses

We offer our bite-sized, online leadership masterclasses as an easy yet powerful way to nourish students’ personal development from the comfort and safety of their homes. Offering an entirely personalised learning experience, students choose their own topics and can schedule them any day, any time, with the option to register individually for a one-on-one masterclass, or in a small group.
